Hi, I’m Chef Chino the chef and owner-operator of El Jefe De Pollo. I’m a classically French-trained chef that made my way into the comfort food scene. With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, and working alongside some of Toronto’s Top Celebrity chefs; I decided to go my own path and start my own food business. I’m proudly born and raised Torontonian, the inspiration for El Jefe came from growing up within a city so multicultural and you will find it really reflects on my menu.
